We are looking for someone to receive the transfer around June this year.

This is a home connected to water and electricity without gas.

The current contract expires on December 2nd of this year, and the real estate agency might contact us around the time the date approaches. If there's no response, they will keep the original contract as is.

The dates are flexible, but I'm looking for mid-to-late June. I'm trying to match the moving people.
