QV Apartment, house with 3 women, looking for one person to live in a twin room. (No living room sharing)

City QV Apartment is a spacious 2-bed, 1-bath apartment.
We are currently looking for one person to move into the twin room.

A house with only three women in total / There is one woman in the next room, and there is no living room sharing.
It's a spacious twin room, with two beds not side by side but spaced far apart.
Unlike other twin rooms, the bed is not visible from the other beds, so although it is a twin room, you can live a bit more independently.

The house is kept very clean, and likewise, we are looking for someone who will follow the house well and use it cleanly.

$280 per week (including all bills), move-in available by May 6, 2 weeks of pay, 2 weeks of notice, *** short-term not available.
Basic rules for maintaining a clean home are available. We are looking for someone who can keep your home tidy.
No smoking, no parties, and no inviting friends.
