- $500 per 2-person share / 2-week deposit

- Minimum 3-month residence (long-term residents welcome)


Home condition: 2 beds 2 baths unit (currently a couple of 2 lives here)


- Move-in available from 5/30


- In summer, the room is so cool that you don't even need air conditioning


- It's a truly clean, quiet, and safe neighborhood for living in a wealthy neighborhood.


- The area is always quiet on weekdays and weekends, and the city is right next door, so the location is really great.
