I heard it's that famous even in Melbourne?!

" ST. ALi "

in South Melbourne

The exterior of St. Ali, located in South Melbourne, also looks like a large warehouse renovated~

It just feels natural!

With an excited heart, I set out to find the hottest café in December. As always, visiting Melbourne's cafes is one of the reasons I live here. The thrill of finding a great café and the unique expressions of the people you can only glimpse there. And if luck is on your side, you might even meet Melbourne's fashionistas, so even those who don't like coffee might become café enthusiasts in Melbourne.

If you follow the address, you'll find a large warehouse in the middle of the alley, which is already famous as Saint Ali. With a friendly smile, after showing you your seat, they introduce you to today's coffee. It's as warm and stress-free, as if a friend is introducing you!

We headed outdoors where the sunlight was warmly streaming in.

Unlike in Korea, many cafes, restaurants, and pubs have non-smoking seats indoors and many designate outdoor areas as non-smoking as well.

The high-ceilinged interior features vintage and lively atmospheres, featuring retro-style posters rarely seen, exposed steel pillars, and a large coffee roaster tucked away in one corner.

The reason this place is so popular for its rich aroma and unique menu options you won't find elsewhere is probably because of its rich aroma and its unique cuisine. In the evening, you can enjoy luxurious dishes in a different atmosphere, so I highly recommend visiting this charming place. Moreover, if you spot a champion's plaque and trophy displayed on one side, you'll feel a deep sense of trust.

The 2012 Champion is displayed alongside a large machine that roasts coffee directly.

With a unique menu, the manager personally recommended "My Mexican Cousin ($21.50) & Mr Mackerel the Pickled Radish ($20.50)."

Although the portion may seem smaller than expected since it's a single dish, it's just as filling as any other dish.

Even after lunchtime, the hustle and bustle never ends~

Enjoy the deep taste of coffee with music~ Of course, after a meal, your hands tremble and your heart races from caffeine maladjustment, but it still lifts your spirits.

TIP. If you have a favorite friend, why not introduce them to such a wonderful place?
