A site crew is a group where several people go to view properties in groups for real estate study or study groups. Groups of 5~10 people recruited from online communities regularly visit real estate agencies on weekends and explore the area. However, since the purpose is for study or content production, many people visit pretending to be genuine buyers to receive  guidance from the agency. From the agent's perspective, even if they suspect a site crew, they can't simply refuse listing information without clear evidence, which is a difficult situation. It's been a long time since agents have complained among agents, and when they go to see a house,   They say they want to come and make weekend appointments with landlords or tenants, but when they meet in person, many are actually the property manager crew with no intention to buy. The primary victim of the 'contract crew' is the real estate agent, who has phone consultations with clients, checks the listing, contacts the landlord to schedule visits, travels with the client to the site, and explains the site. If the property owner is a team without any intention to buy, all this effort is wasted. It's not just the real estate agent who suffers; the landlord and tenant who put the property up for sale also suffer. To show the house, they schedule according to the visit time. Owners who need to adjust and want to sell quickly tend to clean their homes thoroughly, but if people who have no intention of buying repeatedly visit every weekend, it can disrupt daily life.
