Looking for a woman to use a single room in a 2b 1B apartment behind Melbourne City Library.

 

No pets or living room sharing, just the two of us.
The locations are a 5-minute walk from Coles, Woolly, Hanaro Korean Mart, Melbourne Central, QV, City Library, and Carlton Garden. There is a free tram stop and a bus stop just 1 minute from the house.

 

Facilities inside the apartment include an indoor gym, swimming pool and jacuzzi, dry and wet sauna and outdoor barbecue, meeting rooms, and a 24-hour concierge service in the lobby, so security is excellent. The concierge also handles parcels, so you won't miss anything, so it's convenient.

 

The room you plan to use has a built-in wardrobe and is the master room size, so the storage cabinets and storage space should be very ample. Even with high apartment windows, it comes in easily and doesn't feel damp. They also provide bedding, blankets, and electric blankets.

 

I do all the cleaning, but I hope you use it personally, keep the cleanup neat, and also know how to use the shared space neatly.

 

I'm an office worker in Melbourne. I usually work from home. I'm a very quiet introvert. I hope you'll be someone who stays neat, quiet, and well-mannered.
