At L'Hotel Gitan, located near Prahran Market,
We are recruiting one person each for a **full-time Commis Chef** and a casual kitchenhand to work with.


(1) Commis Chef — Full-time

Work type: Full-time
Salary and Work Schedule: To be announced separately

(2) Kitchen Hand — Casual

Working days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 4 days a week
Thu, Fri, Sat: From 12:00 PM until closing
The closing time is approximately 10:00 PM ~ 10:30 PM.
Braking is from 3:00 PM or 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
Sunday: 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM ~ 5:00 PM
Salary: Weekday hourly wage before tax is about AUD $33,
Penalty rates apply on weekends and public holidays based on the respective awards.
