Hello! Looking for a roommate to enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay with at The Quays (241 Harbour Esplanade) in Melbourne. Enjoy the best amenities together in a spacious and clean apartment!

• Location: The Quays, 241 Harbour Esplanade, Docklands, VIC 3008

(Hotel and residential buildings separated in the same building)

• Ample Space: Provides ample living space, including a spacious living room and bedroom. 2b1b1c

• Full options available: All furniture is perfectly prepared for immediate move-in.

• Appliances: Everything is provided, including washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, gas cooktop, and utensils.

Location and transportation (Excellent convenience for daily life!)

• Free Tram Zone: The apartments are located in the Free Tram Zone, allowing free travel to major areas within the city. 5-minute walk from trams 30, 86, 70, 75, and 35

• City accessibility: Very close to the heart of Melbourne City, making transportation convenient.

• Amenities: Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse, and Asian Mart are all within a 5-minute walk.

• Absolutely No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the building, including public areas and balconies. (Violations may result in fines.)

• Balcony usage restrictions: Drying laundry, towels, or clothes on the balcony, or storing items like boxes and furniture, is prohibited.

• No outdoor shoes indoors: We prefer a Korean lifestyle. Therefore, please use indoor shoes or avoid wearing shoes indoors.

Living with

• 1 person in a small room (yourself), 2 people in a large room = total 3 people sharing

• Desired move-in date: April 27

• Preferences: I prefer something clean and tidy, and I hope someone can organize and clean common areas well.
